Greg Graft is a former chef who's turned his love of food and interest
in growing into a hydroponic greenhouse business in the center of Louisville, Ky.

"The idea came about approximately six years ago," said Graft,
part-owner of Grateful Greens. "I was a chef in the evenings, but really
the passion was in the growing and tinkering with plants..."
